There may be some instances where items are not available after purchase, but we will do our very best to get you your order.
For starters - your discount will only appear at check out. So please go to the check out page in order to view the discount. If it does not appear, please use the discount code BOXINGDAY20
How does the sale work?
The ENTIRE website is on sale. Yes, all of it! That includes food, treats, toys, jackets...EVERYTHING! Discounts will be applied automatically at check out and you will see this reflected in your shopping cart (on the checkout page). If it does not appear, please use the discount code BOXINGDAY20. Please do not checkout if you do not see the discounted price as the discount cannot be applied afterwards. Please contact us!
Maximize the sale!
- POINTS! Yes! Your purchase will count towards your pet perks points. But make sure to sign into your account. Just click on the purple gift icon located at the bottom right hand corner & sign in.
- Refer a friend! After you sign into your account, scroll to the bottom to find your referral code and send it to all your friends. You give them $10 to try us out and in return you get a ton of free points to spend on your pets. Win-win for everyone!
- Clearance section! Be sure to check out our sale section (click here). The Boxing Day sale discount will be in additional to these sale prices. Crazy good deals that you don't want to miss - anywhere from 30-80% off items.
SOLD OUT - what if an item I need is unavailable?
A couple options:
- Check back! We will be updating the system as we go (because we all know how reliable technology is sometimes).
- Purchase a online gift card! Unfortunately due to the multitude of supply and transportation issues this year, we are unable to offer preorders on items. We have no idea when or if the item will arrive, so instead we have discounted our gift cards so you would won't miss out too much when items are available. To purchase a gift card, click here and use the promocode - 2022GIFT10 at check our for 10% off all gift cards. Gift cards will be on sale from Dec 25 - Jan 2.
We will try our very best to fill your order, but in the unlikely event we cannot get you your items, we will refund your money. Inventory is far from perfect!Can I exchange/refund?
All sales will be final and items cannot be exchanged/refunded. Sale prices are only valid on Dec 25 & 26. No exceptions. Boxing day sale prices cannot be applied to previously made purchases.When will I get my order?
Our stores are closed Dec 25 & 26th, but we are open on Dec 27th and will fill orders as quickly as possible. Deliveries/shipping will go out the week of Dec 27th-31st. Orders will be sent for delivery only when all the items are complete. If you need your order rushed, it is best to select 'curbside pick up' from one of the store locations. Please wait for your 'ready for pick up' email before heading down to the store.How do I qualify for free shipping or delivery?
Calgary (within City Limits): Free delivery applies for all orders $100 (all items apply)
Surrounding areas of Calgary: Free delivery applies for orders over $300 (all items apply)
Rest of Canada: $25 shipping fee (food items & can over 15lbs excluded & litter). $40 shipping fee on heavy items (cans & bags over 15lbs) & litter.
USA: $30 shipping fee (retail items only). Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival into the U.S
Yes, of course! Order as many times as you would like! Inventory will be changing throughout the sale so we encourage you to check back often. However, to make things easier for everyone, please include your previous order numbers so we can group your orders together.
