      Since it's our first year hosting the sale online, we have some information to help ease the transition. We are trying our best to give you a pleasant shopping experience so please email us if you have issues, we honestly won't know otherwise! Email:

      There may be some rare instances where items are not available after purchase but we will do our very best to get you your order. 

      How does the sale work?

      The ENTIRE website is on sale. Yes, all of it! That includes food, treats, toys, jackets...EVERYTHING! Discounts will be applied automatically at check out and you will see this reflected in your shopping cart (on the checkout page). No additional code needed, UNLESS you have a bonus code to enter. Please do not checkout if you do not see the discounted price as the discount cannot be applied afterwards. Please contact us!

      SOLD OUT - what if an item I need is unavailable?

      A couple options:

      • Check back!  We will be updating the system as we go (because we all know how reliable technology is sometimes).
      • Pre-order!  We have added a pre-order option to most of our essential items. If you have refreshed the page and it's not giving you that option, please email us and we can get that added on. There will be certain items that will not be available for pre-order, but email us and we will let you know! Pre-orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. This is an unlikely situation but with the holiday season we are giving you the worse case scenario. We will contact you ASAP if we cannot fill your order.  
      Why is my order cancelled?

      We will try our very best to fill your order but in the unlikely event we cannot get you your items, we will refund your money. Inventory is far from perfect!

      I pre-ordered/special ordered something, how long will it take?

      We say roughly 2-4 weeks as the regular schedule doesn't start up again until Jan 4th. Regardless, we will try to complete your order as quickly as possible!

      Can I exchange/refund?

      All sales will be final. Sale prices are only valid on Dec 25 & 26. No exceptions.  Boxing day sale prices cannot be applied to previously made purchases.  

      When will I get my order?

      Our stores are closed Dec 25 & 26th, but we are open on Dec 27th and will fill orders as quickly as possible. Deliveries/shipping will go out the week of Dec 28th. Orders from this sales event do not qualify for next day delivery. Please check your email for delivery dates. Your order will be delivered when all the items are complete, there will not be multiple deliveries/shipments. If you need your order rushed, it is best to select 'curbside pick up' from one of the store locations. Please wait for your 'ready for pick up' email before heading down to the store.

      How do I qualify for free shipping or delivery?

      Free shipping/delivery apply for all orders $100 or more for anywhere in Canada (YYC included). All U.S. orders have a flat rate of $15 for shipping.   

      Can I make multiple orders?

      Yes, of course! Order as many times as you would like! Inventory will be changing throughout the sale so we encourage you to check back often. However, to make things easier for everyone, please include your previous order numbers so we can group your orders together.
