Return Policy (Exchanges only)Unused and unopened merchandise with original tags and packaging can be returned within 15 days for an exchange or store/website credit. Sorry we do not issue refunds. Products must be in original mint condition. Exchanges must be done in person or the items can be shipped back to our Bowness location (customer will be responsible for all shipping charges). Exchanges cannot be made through our delivery service.

- Carriers, beds and blankets are all final sale and cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns

- Custom orders

Online Returns/Website Only ItemsIf you are needing to exchange your online purchase, we will happily exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt. The items must have original tags and be in unused condition for store/website credit. Once we receive the returned merchandise and required information we will process the exchange or credit. Refunds cannot be issued. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.
West Paw, Planet Dog, & Beco Rubber Toys ONE time guarantee policy
A one time exchange will be given towards a West Paw/Planet Dog/Beco Rubber toy of equal or lesser value (cash/credit will not be issued if a toy is chosen of lesser value). Must have original receipt (email/picture receipt not accepted) and broken toy. Toy credit may only be used towards West Paw, Planet Dog and Beco Toys. No cash value. Guarantee is void if toy is lost/stolen.
Dry food guarantee policy
MUST have original packaging and receipt. We do not accept opened food in plastic bags or boxes.
